Two weeks in!

I bought this about a month back and procrastinated on using. Once I got the follow up email checking on me, I started doing the method. Learned pretty much everything bout it and now have just been searching up new things on youtubube.
MOST IMPORTANT - guys, if you struggle with sticking to a diet like me, this might be the way! I think it's mine!!!!!
